Artist Statement
My drawings are intuitive and multilayered with infinite vanishing points. The work has been compared to Escher for the meandering quality of stairs and various perspectives. My training is in architecture and fine arts. Through the drawing, I represent abstract spatial stories with a whimsical collage technique that captures snapshots of reality and imagined places. An architecture that often only illustrates but is not suitable to inhabit.
