Jacki Spearly has been an avid nature photographer from an early age. As a teen with her 35mm Konica, she developed a keen interest in photographing places she traveled and scenes in and around her hometown of State College, PA. She continued her studies in photography at Penn State where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Art Ed. Years later she picked up her first Nikon DSLR camera and continued to hone her craft, learning new ways to see, shoot and edit in this digital medium. Her goal is to convey emotion into the images she creates so that the viewer can relate to her experiences. Jacki is very active in her local photography club, The Lehigh Valley Photography Club and has served on the Board of Directors as Activities and Training Director for several years. She stepped down in June 2022 and currently leads the Lensbaby Project Group, as well as participating in the Abstract Project Group. Jacki loves shooting with her collection of creative Lensbaby Lenses and was named a Lensbaby Ambassador in July of 2020, and named Ambassador of the Month in April 2023. In addition to Beta-testing new Lensbaby products, she leads multiple Lensbaby Walks throughout the year and she continues to love and promote the Lensbaby line as an Ambassador.
