This exhibition features work inspired by the natural process of cross pollination. In nature, cross pollination occurs when pollen from one plant is transferred to another plant.  In art, this can also happen when ideas and techniques used in one medium are carried over into other artwork. Through exploring a variety of artistic materials, the work featured in this display highlights these types of creative endeavors. Through this process new styles, innovative hybrid forms and a deeper understanding of creative processes are revealed not only to the artist, but hopefully to the viewer as well.
